Services
Kaalnix provides professional digital services including but not limited to:
Project Acceptance
A project is considered confirmed only after:
- Scope is finalized
- Cost is approved
- Advance payment (if applicable) is received
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide:
- Complete project requirements
- Required content, images & logos
- Login credentials & timely approvals
Project delays caused by missing client inputs are not the responsibility of Kaalnix.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included only within the agreed project scope. Any new functionality or changes beyond the approved scope will be treated as additional work and may incur extra charges.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final approved project deliverables.
Kaalnix retains ownership of proprietary tools, reusable code libraries, frameworks, templates and development methodologies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Project Timeline & Payments
Estimated timelines depend upon project complexity, client response time, and timely availability of required resources. Timelines may change if the project scope changes.
Invoices are payable according to agreed milestones. Delayed payments may result in:
- Suspension of work
- Delayed delivery
- Suspension of hosting or maintenance services (where applicable)
Website Maintenance
Maintenance plans cover only services specifically included in the selected package. New features or major redesigns are treated as separate projects.
Third-Party Services
Kaalnix is not responsible for hosting provider downtime, domain registrar issues, payment gateway failures, third-party software updates, plugin licensing changes, or API policy changes.
Limitation of Liability
Kaalnix shall not be liable for business losses, revenue loss, data loss, indirect damages, consequential damages, or third-party service failures.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.
Confidentiality
All confidential client information shared during the project will be treated with reasonable confidentiality.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
